Some Kinda Blues - Mosquito Hawks

“Some Kinda Blues” is the new EP by Lucky Brown’s Seattle-based collective Mosquito Hawks and is the fruit of a one-off early morning live session at the Seattle Drum School in 2010. It features luminaries from the Seattle funk community including fiery guitar phenom Jabrille "Jimmy James" Williams of DL03 renown, versatile drummer Jens Gunnoe and dynamic bass player Bob Lovelace. The final result is a deep funk and swamp blues masterpiece.
